Health & Safety Policies

IHG Way of Clean includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guests can expect to see enhanced procedures, which may include: face covering requirements, various ways to reduce contact throughout the hotel, social distancing measures within public spaces and procedures based on local authorities’ guidance and/or advice.

Additional policies to help with social distancing guidelines include:

  • Limited occupancy
  • Distance guides / marked indicators for queues

  • Regular disinfection of public touch-points
  • Staff social distancing protocols

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that travel plans may change during these unprecedented times and are allowing cancellation up to 6 PM on the day of arrival. 

Local Area Resources 

Our county is currently in Stage 4. That means that our pool must remain closed at this time. We are also under a mask mandate until 11/30/20. Learn more about our state's COVID-19 updates.

Our hotel does have a Marketplace available that offers sandwiches, salads, snacks, drinks and ice cream for purchase for our guests. We also provide information on dining options within walking distance of the hotel.
